WHAT DO “LIMITED RELEASE” AND “MADE TO ORDER” MEAN?

The banner and description for each color will state whether a color is a limited release or a made-to-order color. Limited release colors can run out of stock, where as made-to-order colors stay “in stock” forever or until otherwise announced.

All limited release colors are ready-to-ship, but not all made-to-order colors are ready-to-ship. Unlike most shops, QMP does not always have ready-made paints in stock. When you order a color, there is a 50/50 chance that the pan will need to be made when your order is received. This not only allows for everyone to order the colors they wish, but also allows for customization (see below for custom orders).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

That depends on whether your order has colors that need to be made! As mentioned above, many colors are made as orders are received. Paints usually take anywhere from 2-14 days to be completely dry and ready to ship, and as such, cannot be shipped until they are ready. We strive to keep in contact during the paint-making process, and will always let you know when your order is ready to ship. Most wait times fall between three to fourteen days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW MUCH IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING? WHAT IS INTERNATIONAL LAYAWAY?

As long as your country is allowing international shipments from the USA, yes, we ship internationally!

International shipping is based on weight of the package, and automatically includes shipping insurance. Any package weighing less than 8 ounces (0.5 pounds) is $18, and anything above will be $33. All packages are shipped via USPS with insurance.

International layaway is an option for international customers who don’t necessarily need their items right away and would like to take full advantage of the international shipping cost. If you wish to complete an order, but would like us to hold on to the items (“lay them away”) until you reach the $18 shipping threshold, you may select International Layaway. It is highly suggested you also contact us either through the Contact Us page, email, or Instagram so we are aware of your plans!
